At Mocean Tactical, our goal is to provide the best performance wear in the business. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations – maybe it’s too large, too small or doesn’t fit as well as you expected – we’ll be glad to exchange the size, color, style or, if the item has not been used, personalized, damaged and is in resaleable condition, issue you a refund upon receiving the returned item. You have 30 days to return product.
Please inspect all items upon receipt for proper color, size and quantity as we cannot be responsible for items beyond the date of delivery.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused (unwashed and unworn) condition and packaging as originally received. Only regularly priced items may be return, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Personally embellished or modified items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items - resulting from flaws in manufacturing - may be returned within 30 days.
How can I receive a refund for my order?
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. This could be an order number, shipping confirmation email sent to you or packing slip arriving with the product.
What is the return shipping fee for online purchases?
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, please understand that the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee carrier services (that we will receive your returned item).
What is the shipping fee for exchanges?
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging your item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. In such case, we will provide a return label to correct any warehouse error.

You will be provided with a return authorization code and the proper mailing address. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
